The room was pretty great. Good location and value.

It was very very cold in the room, the radiator was turned on, but the room was freezing. It needs additional heating or something.

"Sejurul a fost în regulă, însă camera m a lasat rece."

Camera a fost frumoasă și spațioasă, iar Wi‑Fi-ul și televizorul au funcționat foarte bine. Cazarea se află la doar 5 minute de centrul orașului, ceea ce este foarte convenabil.

Capacul de la WC era desprins, în cameră era foarte frig deși caloriferul era pornit la maximum, iar în minibar erau doar două beri. La ușă era o pânză de păianjen și în cameră era mult praf. Am raportat aceste probleme, însă nu am primit niciun răspuns—probabil erau deja cunoscute. În ziua check-out-ului am sunat proprietarul pentru detalii privind procedura, dar nu a răspuns nimeni. Pe viitor, sper să existe o comunicare mai bună cu vizitatorii și să fie anunțate din timp eventualele defecte. Am plătit 1000 de lei pentru un sejur nerambursabil și am fost total dezamăgită.
