Nothing! The hotel is the worst hotel I’ve known so far

I already booked the room since last month and when i came they said no room vacancy! Rude!

"Not as nice as the pictures!"

The location is good in the centre of Hail. Near shops etc and central anywhere youbwoukd like to visitvon the area.

They did not give us the same room as advertised. The room had a window AC however the picture in the advertisement had a split AC. They also advertised that they would provide an extra mattress for my son, but they gave us a very old dirty piece from an old floor sofa. The place is old. But ok for a 1 night stay.
