Duygu Apart spellbinding sea views

Very clean,comfortable, and beautiful APT. This apartment had got everything I wanted during staying. Air conditioning, washing machine, big refrigerator, cook top.cooking tools, seperated bedroom, shower...all working perfect! It's walking distance from the port but quiet at night. The view was also beautiful! Nothing to complain!

The property was very clean with a nice view of the harbor. The location is far enough away from the touristy area to be quiet at night and a 20 minute walk to the Ferry port and restaurants. Washing machine and drying rack provided. Mattress/pillows are comfortable

The owner doesn’t provide the basics: coffee, tea, water or shampoo/body wash. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 bath towel was provided, no beach towels. There is no comforter or top sheet, only a thin blanket on bed. There is a flight of stairs to go down to get to apartment so be mindful if carrying heavy luggage- sadly, I was offered no help. The refrigerator wasn’t plugged upon arrival and the a/c was out for a while my first night- no advanced warning that power had gone out from owner-when asked about it, was told the area is prone to outages sometimes. The pool has no water in it.

That was my second stay at this apartment. No regrets at all - good location close to Marina and Yacht Club (that was important to me), very good and brand new building and facilities, and hospitable owner Birol!

everything was perfect

This was my favorite place we stayed during the 2 weeks we were in Turkey. The apartment is beautiful and has everything an apartmentshops have. The views of the marina are lovely. The owner is helpful and friendly. At the bottom of the steps next to the place is a bus stop that will take you into the main part of the village or you can walk there in about 15 minutes. Would absolutely return.

Everything about this place is great. Be ready to do a bit of walking as it is on a small hill.

Fantastic views looking over the marina. Very clean apartment. Short Dolmus ride from nearby steps into old town (23L) or 30 mins walk but temperature in 40s so we only did this for a couple of days. Nice restaurant and cafe within a short walking distance. Greeted by Berol the very friendly owner

Could do with an umbrella on the balcony for shade, we didn’t use it as much as we would have liked and bed would benefit from a sheet. Banged my head a couple of times on a couple of low ceilings (I’m 5 foot 11) although owner did mention this beforehand

Location is extraordinary, about 20 mins walk to the busy areas in town. Unblocked sea view from the small balcony. Everything is new, clean, and the owner is super friendly. It would be best if you have a car, and there is a open free parking area nearby, which is quite important because you can hardly find a parking lot in the busy areas.

Be careful if you are tall...! My husband hit his head several times.
