Very nice place for young people wanna having fun (as the two of us) the pub is very good with good beers the apartment is amazing, equipped with anything needed location within intramuros but off of crowded streets very much recommended

"Agréable et bien situé et personnelle très Pro"

Confort, équipements, lits douillets, grande douche et très fonctionnelle et agréable, SdB OK, et très propre et chambre en très bonne état. Mobilier OK et vaisselle OK. Espace un peu réduit mais pas gênant. Penderie OK

L'insonorisation des lieux pour les bruits provenant des autres chambres ; chasses d'eau, voix, bruit d'écoulement lorsque quelqu'un fait "pipi". Le réglage des "ferme porte" car il y a le bruit des portes qui claquent. A l'extérieur (face au pub), le bruit "festif" des lieux est normale (tard dans la nuit. Jusqu'à 1h00 voir plus) puisque nous sommes au cœur de la cité "corsaire" & touristique. Pour ceux qui s'endorment sans trop de difficultés cela n'est pas gênant. Pour les autres plus regardant, prévoyez "boules Quies" et pour ceux 1 brin "exigeant" dans leur sommeil, passer votre chemin.

"Autentica struttura a Saint Malo per vivere appieno l’atmosfera del luogo"

La posizione sicuramente, dentro le mura antiche e ad un passo dalle spiagge e dal centro turistico.

Le scale un po’ difficili da salire con le valigie, specie se si è al 3o piano, ma comunque fattibili.

"Clean room. Very noisy until very late at night. No WiFi. Annoyed staff."

Location was good and the place was clean.

No AC, understandably loud environment to sleep in. Also too small room for three persons, wouldn't advertise as such. Pissed off staff at the desk. No WiFi.

bis 2 Uhr morgens etwas laut, da direkt gegenüber ein Pub ist, hat uns aber nicht so gestört

La posizione centralissima, l'appartamento piccolino ma confortevole, noi eravamo in 4. L'angolo cottura, per motivi di spazio, un po' sguarnito. Tutto sommato comodo e molto carino, una chicca. Lo consiglio.

L'emplacement génial dans un bâtiment ancien et restauré avec goût. Très propre avec une grande salle de bain. Localisation exceptionnelle Intra Muros

Le peu de rangement pour les vêtements dans la chambre et pas de sèche cheveux
