Close to metro and bus stops. Many conveniance store options nearby. Able to communicate via booking messenger instead of 3rd party

No or very poor ventilation in bathroom, some repairs needed le.g. shower head Is a subdivided apartment turned into 3 seperate studio apartments TV not programmed, unable to receive any free channels Intermittant issues with wifi
