La cercanía a la playa y que incluyera sombrilla y sillas para utilizar. Tambien, la disponibilidad de utensilios de cocina (refri, fregadero, cafetera, tostador, microondas), además de la cordialidad de la persona anfitriona.

Paredes muy delgadas o con poco aislamiento. No me parece muy recomendable para pasar la noche con bebé, puesto que si en otras habitaciones tienen música y/o ruido, se escucha demasiado.

"Fajne miejsce na krótki pobyt jeśli szukasz super lokalizacji, ale w bardzo przystępnej cenie."

Super lokalizacja. Możliwość zakwaterowania po godzinach - nasz lot był później niż planowany i nie było problemów z podaniem kodu wejścia. Fajne patio.

No está especificado que te cobren casi US$ 90 por limpieza de sólo dos noches. Lo hablé y eso es válido de 1 a 30 días lo cual no es justo. Una vez que pagué la cuenta pasó de US$ 200 a US$ 300 sin reemboldo por lo visto en la página, La habitación es oscura sin privacidad para el exterior ya que posee sólo 1 cortina tipo black-out. No existe vista al exterior.

"Ein schöner Aufenthalt im Nordteil von Miami Beach"

Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet( eine Küchenzelle mit Geschirr und Kühlschrank, Klima) und sehr sauber. In der Nähe gibt es sehr viele Restaurants mit leckeren Frühstücksangeboten. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos und wir konnten sogar schon am Vormittag einchecken, da wir von der Kreuzfahrt sehr frühr zurück kamen.
