Der var få mangler såsom toiletpapir, som vi hurtigt fik fat i og så virkede vores anden aircon ikke ved seng nummer 2

Nice place, good distance from the beach , at the same time far from the tourist crowds. Nice room, very good small additional space with the futon inside, my son was excited

The room looked like the pictures so no surprises. Everything was clean and the room was comfortable. I was able to get breakfast delivered to my room and I chose what I want. The breakfast options are mainly vietnamese, which makes sense since the hotel is in Vietnam.

We liked that it was in a very good location, near the beach and many restaurants. Also not far from the airport. The staff were lovely, kind and so so accommodating especially when we had problems with the room. Breakfast was delicious, and they deliver it to the room , making it very comfortable.

There were some issues regarding the room, where we had an aircon breakdown as well as the fan. However, we got relocated and compensated by the hotel. The staff were not at fault for this issue!

The hotel staff were very friendly, always said hi, bye and even good night as we walked in. Since it was a small hotel, it was just one staff so didn't have much help with luggage but that wasn't an issue. Hotel came with a pool. We didn't use it but it had a nice view over the area and was big enough to chill in (not for laps unfortunately). The room was great! Self enclosed room with fully working kitchen and a washing machine, could easily stay here for weeks on end. It had a big fridge, microwave, kettle, portable hob and all of the crockery to go with it. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked like a dream and the bathroom was very well stocked with everything we'd need, amenities and everything else. It's location was also amazing, right opposite many different food places including a veggie and a vegan restaurant, both with good food. Right up the road from My Khe beach, maybe less than 10 minutes walk. Plenty of grocery and convenience stores around and even a 30 second walk from a coffee shop that had the best coffee we had in Vietnam. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Da Nang

Breakfast was quite lacking. It was limited options that you had to pre-select from the night before. Drinks were also limited and as it was all made for you, you couldn't control how things tasted (i.e. The coffee). They were willing to adapt some options to suit dietary requirements, such as removing egg from fried rice and fried noodles but they were quite oily and not something we wanted for breakfast. The bread was very sweet and became quite sickly as it had even sweeter jam spread across it. While the location was perfect for relaxing and exploring a smaller area, it was quite far from some other attractions such as the markets and the dragon bridge. Whilst not an issue, as it was 10 minutes by Grab, if you're planning to walk, it's easily 30/40 minutes to the bridge.

Spacious, private futon corner, 2 aircons, washing machine, kitchen area, design, toiletries, breakfast in room, comfortable beds, walking distance to sundry shops, mart, local food stalls, spa, cafe...

Aircon in the smaller room is faulty and created lots of noise (like explosion and water splashing sound). To solve this, the aircon has to be put on "auto" fan mode. The heater is either extremely boiling hot or not hot, very hard to adjust to a suitable temperature. Room is not very sound proof.
