"Pleasant"

The room was very nice, the sheets were clean.

The bathroom door didn't close and the host said its ok. The worse is that there are no hot water.

"It was decent, could have been better"

The owner was helpful and kind enough to wait and co-ordinate for my taxi to arrive due to a huge language barrier here.

There was no breakfast at the property and with the amount of money that has been charged by property , ideally this should be provided. I was given the top floor and it was so frustrating to go up when you have a huge luggage. Also, one thing I did not like was the amount that they quoted for renting scooter i.e., 150K VND for one day. And all the attractions in Da Lat are far from this place and you are left with no option of Grab.

I did not like any of it.

I did not like it at all.staff - if you could find them-were not friendly at all , There was never anyone around to even say hello, I was ignored the whole time , zero assistance. my room was not cleaned once in 3 days,no clean towels for 3 days and the room was very basic and not very clean. I was locked out one night and it was only 11pm.the next night the door was half closed at 9 pm. I would not recommend this place to anyone. it was not value for money - very expensive for the zero everything.
