Timor Lodge

The breakfast was good. Overall it was a comfortable, convenient room and it was lovely to have a pool to swim in at the end of a long hot day.

The room was close to the breakfast area and pool, but too close when the loud karaoke started (and ended at 11pm) on Friday night. There was not a lot of cleaning done between our 2 stays, 2 days apart. No towel was supplied for the final night. A bedside lamp would be a good edition, and maybe a knife fork and spoon in the kitchen.

The staff were great and considerate. The location is next to the airport and on one of main roads, which makes very convenient as an entry or exit point in Dili. Travelers can opt to walk for 10 minutes or less to and from Timor Lodge to the International airport. The food was fairly good at their restaurant too

Although the grounds have security, fences, and cameras, the doors to come of lodges are not strong and need upgrading. Otherwise, it was okay.

The staff were incredibly helpful, Fanny took us on a microlet to the ferry office so we could purchase tickets to go to Atauro Island. It was our first day in Timor-Leste and we would have been lost without her. The pool was fantastic, and there are a good range of options at the restaurant. It was great to have a gym, some of the equipment is slightly outdated/broken but mostly in good shape. The Lodge is very close to the aiport

The rooms are a little old When we went to leave the morning of our departure, there was no one at reception, so we had to find a random member of staff to give the keys to.

Staff in every area were fantastic with a particular acknowledgment due for the reception staff who were friendly & super helpful

The hotel was flexible and allowed me to cancel 2 nights as their service did not meet my expectation

Really bad experience there. Very basic room near the noisy stress. I felt unsafe to stay at the hotel. The room was not clean, I had to clean the toilet myself to stay over 1 night. So many mosquitoes in the room but no mosquito net offered. Both sanitation and food hygiene are questionable.
