La posizione eccezionale che offre la possibilità di raggiungere il centro a piedi, in pochi minuti. Il nostro alloggio era al secondo piano (senza ascensore) per cui potrebbe essere un problema per chi ha bagagli pesanti o difficoltà a salire le scale. Appartamento abbastanza grande e confortevole. Il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile e pronto a fornire suggerimenti e consigli. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Mancanza di ascensore, necessita di lasciare una cauzione di Euro 100 (prontamente restituita). È la prima volta che mi viene richiesta e non ho gradito, capisco la necessità di tutelarsi.....ma 100 Euro non coprono alcun danno e denotano sfiducia nel cliente. Io scelgo la vostra struttura (fidandomi di voi), ma voi non vi fidate di me! Booking dovrebbe tutelare gli host....non chiedere ai clienti di farlo per loro, richiedendo loro di lasciare cauzioni (poco gradite).
