I stayed here for the night en route to AlUla from Jubbah. This is a fantastic property—especially for the price-point. I had a very large one-bedroom unit with a dedicated living room and bedroom (and kitchen that I did not use). This arrangement was particularly helpful, as I was able to work and take a bunch of conference calls. The staff went over and beyond to make me comfortable—e.g., serving me complimentary Arabic coffee and dates and helping a food delivery driver bring my dinner when they got lost and I could not describe my whereabouts in Arabic. The location is great, right next to a massive supermarket and within walking/short driving distance of many restaurants. All in all, highly recommended for a short (in my case) or long stay in Ha'il!

Only one thing.. TV channels very less.. Not possible to connect with phone or anything
