Great location in the middle of everything; quite and relaxing; undergound parking.

More facilities in the room; newer furniture.

Clean, comfortable and most of all friendly and helpful staff.

location and parking great ! staff very nice ! comfortable beds and good heating although it took time to warm up .

old furniture, some closet doors don't open , table lamps have No bulbs. didn't think we need to ask for those ! no towels and we needed to ask for that as well ! old doors and not good to look at unlike the newly remodeled lobby . it needs a lot of maintenance . not a nice place to stay at . just to sleep .

The hotel in a very good location, near Al Madina Almanwara street, where everything is close to you, including restaurants and shops. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly, the Guys in the reception, Atheer, and Abdulaqadar, were very nice and polite, they were trying to their pets to make us comfortable and give us all that i need. I will come to this place again and again whenever I come to Jordan. Thank you so much. i was really happy staying in this hotel. i recommend everyone for this hotel.

I booked this hotel for my relatives, they had the same feedback i posted of my stay. The hotel in a very good location, near Al Madina Almanwara street, where everything is close to you, including restaurants and shops.
