Unterhalb der Appartement Anlage geht die Straße und Bahnlinie vorbei, entsprechende Lärmbelästigung.

Słaby kontakt z właścicielem, brak instrukcji czegokolwiek czy też kartki z podstawowymi informacjami takimi jak np hasło do wifi lub informacji gdzie znajduje się śmietnik. Apartament nie był przygotowany na przyjazd gości - telewizor nie działał, roleta na bardzo duże okno przez które popołudniami wpadał żar również zepsuta oraz brak jakiejkolwiek prywatności. Na materacu znaleźliśmy włosy poprzednich lokatorów a w salonie/kuchni mieliśmy mnóstwo mrówek. Jakość sprzątania pozostawia dużo do życzenia. Basen również nie zachwycał czystością. Dookoła basenu było wiele luźnych betonowych płyt. Sygnał WiFi bardzo słaby, trzeba korzystać ze swojego internetu. Stosunek jakości do ceny dla apartamentu dwuosobowego nieadekwatny.
DEDESehr gute Lage. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Als wir ankamen war es relativ kalt, da waren wir sehr dankbar um die Fußbodenheizung.
DEUnterkunft ist in Ordnung aber auch nicht übertrieben gut
Betten sind eine Katastrophe. 70 cm breite Liegen kann und sollte man keinen anbieten. Das ist für 3 Tage schon zuviel. Für 2 Wochen Urlaub unmöglich. Küchenschränke Schieber defekt. Matratzen durchgelegen. Eisenbahn vor der Haustür. Bis Nachts um 2 Uhr laute Musik durch andere Gäste in der Anlage. Und Hauptstraße vor der Tür mit 1000 Motorrädern am Tag.
