Friendly owner, after our lunch we informed we are their guests checking in, without any hesitation he brought us up and welcome us.. friendly host and place is sufficient for 5 of us on level 3. Thank you

Great location, cosy place, good kitchen.

One toilet only, hence my whole family took turns to shower/wash up.

The place was surprisingly large and clean. The staff are polite and friendly.

Clean. Spacious. There is a washing machine with drying area. There was a parking space for our car. Good location. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They run a ramen shop downstairs. Delicious ramen.

Steep narrow stairs. One of our friends is quite tall so she had trouble getting out of the double-decker bed which is located in an odd position.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed! The location was great too, a short distance from the Otaru canal and Sakaimachidori.

The property was small for a group of 8, there wasn’t much room to move around, and we wished there were more toilets and bathrooms. We found that it was common for an apartment to have only one toilet and bathroom in Japan though, so it was not unique to this particular property. The property is above a ramen shop, you can smell the ramen broth when the shop is open. Not a dealbreaker for us, just something you may want to consider.

The place is very cosy to stay and convenient location as well. The hosts were very friendly.

The location is good, and can have parking, although need to pay (but if the customer drive to eat ramen, the car park is free). The price is compatible for the location

The stairs are really difficult to climb if we are having luggage (but nobody will go for vacation without big luggage). There is no air condition inside the sleeping rooms, really hot and at the same time the host does not have any fan for us to cool down. The toilet facility is no good (toilet seat not fitted well), no exhaust fan embrassed smell spread to the living area.

The location is fantastic. It is very close to Otaru cannel, rail road, restaurant and museum.

The slope of stair is too sharp.
