Suites at TreeTops Tulum

Llegada autonoma, habitacion muy espaciosa y comoda, silencioso y bello entorno. Muy bien si quieren solo descansar y cuentan con vehiculo.

Esta dentro de un area residencial cerrada y cuesta un poco encontrarlo. Ademas esta lejos de supermercados y restaurants que no esten en el condominio.

Excellent accommodation. I would definitely stay there longer if I had time. Immaculately clean and super comfortable bed. Awesome swimming pool. Delicious coffee. Big TV scream. The checking in and out instructions were well communicated and easy to follow. The A/C and WiFi worked very well.

As a part of a kitchenette I expected a little stove or a microwave, but neither was there.

Very private, clean. Provides the basics to cook. Supermarket near and the location convince. Far of the cities traffic and easy to get there. The pool is magnificent to get in in the morning or after spending a day by salt water. Bed and bathroom cmftable, nice and cleaned.

In my personal opinion, they can add extra 2 pillows for the bed. Other than that, the communication and the service were great.I would like to come back to stay there.

Appartamento finemente arredato con tutto quello che serve per un paio di notti. Ambiente spazioso. Consogliato

Struttura nuova, curata nei dettagli, piccolina in una zona residenziale con una guardia all’accesso. Per muoverci abbiamo sempre usato la macchina.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our mini break everything we needed very tranquil surroundings will be beautiful when all the building work has been completed in the area The front desk was not manned regularly so had to find out most things got ourselves The plunge pool was great to cool off The garden area was very private Felt very safe as security on entrance to area

A few minor things could have made our stay better A welcome info sheet/pack to let us know where everything is and how to use. Also some info about the local area how to get around would be really helpful The front door lock was a bit tricky to lock If you are a sun lover the sun is limited in the garden as there are a lot of trees giving shade Budgeting tips - Taxi to beach clubs (which were lovely ) cost about usd25 -30 each way then you have minimum spend we went to cinco beach club and had to pay national park entry plus taxi plus minimum spend - worked out to about £300 for the day for 2 of us so bear this in mind - lots of ore beach clubs out of national park but taxi cost even more but had a great film day at the beach Would have been best to hire a car but there is not a lot around close by as it’s residential and no one around to ask This area is being completely regenerated and had a lot of building work which was noisy during the day to early evening not a lot currently there with a couple of restaurants, pharmacy and 7-11 within 15 minute walking distance - but once all the regeneration is complete it will be amazing in a few years time

This is a beautiful place to stay in Tulum! It’s so so clean, so quiet, so spacious, so modern, really feels like a home. Beautiful living room, kitchen, bathroom, private pool! Enjoy your stay here - we will miss it!!!
