Havana Apart Hotel

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is very clean and new; everything feels fresh and well maintained. All facilities are excellent, and the services are outstanding. The staff are cheerful, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel has a direct sea view and feels more like a resort than a regular hotel. It is located right on the beachfront and offers many great services that truly give it a resort atmosphere. Next to the hotel, there are free parks and playgrounds with many activities such as tennis courts, table tennis, football fields, swings, and various games. There is also a direct walkway to the beach. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and cafés, and there is also a nearby Migros where you can find everything you need. I would also like to give special thanks to Yasin⚘️at the reception. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and always welcoming us every time we entered or left the hotel. He assisted us with everything we needed, and during check-out he even offered us a free late check-out. We truly appreciate his kindness and excellent service. Honestly, I did not expect it to be this amazing. It exceeded my expectations, and what’s surprising is that the price is very affordable. This is the best hotel I have stayed in.

Nothing . Everything is super

First of all, it's a very clean hotel in a perfect location. The reception staff were very friendly and always ready to help, so I want to thank Jassin a lot. There was a lot of noise and disturbance due to renovations in the surrounding hotels, but we informed Jassin and he immediately changed our room. So it deserves 5 stars. Also, having all Scandinavian TV channels free was an added luxury for us. It was very pleasant and we will come again in the season.💫💫💫💫💫
