Residence Villa Tina

Good location and clean room, nice area to sit outside in the sun

The hot water and gas stove only worked sometimes and there were very minimal kitchen utensils and cookware which made cooking difficult

The location is nice because it is very close to the bus stop. If you come by car there is a parking inside. The room is a little bit old and you can feel that it has its age. The kitchen has everything you need. The road is really busy so its noisy during the night. Better ask for mountain view room, there will be better for sure. The owner Tina is very nice and preparing italian sweet breakfast for you with lovely caffe. Good value for money we paid.

Unfortunatelly they were doing works on the swimming pool so we couldnt use it and enjoy this space. For sure its nice zone when its working.

Villa Tina is close to Forio and right next to a bus stop which means it is well connected and in a good location for travelling and visiting Ischia by bus.

The facilities in Villa Tina were severely lacking. There was no toilet paper and the toilet had no seat. In general, the bathroom was also rather dirty (in fact we found several bugs and what looked to be a cockroach). The radiators were not working, thus to keep the room warm at night we had to use the HVAC unit which was extremely noisy. Lastly, the room was facing a street with quite a lot of traffic, which also made for a rather noisy stay.

Perfect stay in Ischia. Clean, huge, near the bus stop but still very quiet.

Tina and her family were excellent hosts and extremely friendly. They made our stay very welcoming despite it only being for 3 nights.

The apartment we stayed in and the general maintenance of the property was not of a high standard. The swimming pool was dirty.

Having to clean the property when we arrived, there was water everywhere across the bedroom floor, and not the correct bed linen. Soon resolved but unexpected
