Hotel Mareluna Ischia

Location, cleanliness, condition of the bathroom

We booked the 26 m2 economy quadruple room, for a family of 5, but it was already occupied when we arrived. We were crammed next door into a room twice as small, with extra beds, after removing the nightstands and the desk from the room, to fit 5 beds without blocking the door from closing. All this with a smile, but complete nonsense! Room paid in advance via Booking, so no financial compensation, just 2 cans of Coke offered for 5 people, to wait while coming and going with the box springs and mattresses. I wasn't expecting Buckingham Palace by booking an economy room (without window), juste wanted to get what I paid for. Or a discount on the price charged, or a coffee/cornetto offered in the morning. We were only explained that we had the room we booked, which was a lie.

A/C in the room. Great locality and nice restaurant close to the Hotel. Kind staff.

Kitchen and terrace were perfect to enjoy a meal and wine and nice view to the sea. We also rented a scooter by accomodation and it was perfect idea to discover beauties of Ischia!
