The location was OK but you have to catch a minicab everywhere in jeddah. The apartment is spacious and clean. They have ironing boards and iron a washing machine and basic stuff. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Shop is across tge road and has a underground parking.

The staff was lazy. They never cleaned the rooms. They never changed the towels and wasn't very helpful. We had three towels between 6 people and when asked for towels they didn't provide it until we saw a cleaner and took it from his tray. We also asked for toilet paper and they never provided additional We say some in the cleaners ttay after 4 days and just grabbed it (after asking of course). The satfd need some training and would increase the whole experience drastically. The beds are massive and comfy.

We traveled from Canada and this was our first spot to stay in Jeddah. Location is great and staff very friendly.
