The location was great for me. The staff at the condo complex were friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning worked well. The view is nice.

The owner forgot to submit the required documentation leading to confusion at check in. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom dispensers. I used the condo as a home base with some side trips. When I returned from the first side trip the WiFi network was not visible or connecting. I also tried using the stove, but got an error sign.. I messaged via Booking. The next evening I hadn't heard back. I messaged her Whatsapp number. She responded that she'd send her assistant the next day. I left for another side trip the next day. When I got back several days later neither item had been fixed. I messaged again. She stated her assistant dropped by but there were no people at the condo. There was no follow-up with me and no communication that I needed to be home. I was disappointed at the lack of communication and accountability. One of the reasons I booked the condo was because there was a washing machine. However there were no hangers or any place to hang the clothes to dry.

I enjoyed my stay at Grace Residences in Taguig City. The location is excellent, with plenty of great food options nearby, even though breakfast wasn’t included. The pool area was decent and a nice spot to relax, although it could get a bit busy at times. My primary concern was the apartment’s poor insulation—I could hear my neighbours’ activities, which affected the overall comfort.

Overall, Grace Residences is a convenient place to stay, offering easy access to amenities; however, soundproofing could be improved.

Clean and the Owner is very accommodating very easy to work with.

When we arrived there were a few nicities that were missing such as toilet paper hand sanitizer. However we were able to make do as we ad picked up some on the way
