Madali kausap ung si mam Fe and mam Tess.. maganda ung unit, maliit pro malinis at maganda ang ambiance.. kumpleto din ung gamit dun for cooking... May pamineral water n din n free...

swimming pool timing... Hahaha.. Di kami nakapag swimming kc d pla xa open 7 days a week for all pra s lahat.. Next time n lng, pag my chance ulit.. Hehehe

The room we stayed in was comfortable and had everything we needed such as a kitchen to cook our meals and a washing machine to do our laundry. Also a great location, close to the amenities.

Location (almost attached to SM North), which also means convenient for public transport, including Grabcar. Although the outside is a bit chaotic (it is manila, after all), inside the building is quiet and regularly cleaned. Caretaker Tess was very accommodating and helpful. Great communication with Unit owner. Unit had washing machine and balcony for drying so were an added bonus!

Guards are inconsistent in checking paperwork every time one goes through main gates and/or building entrance.
