The place was nice clean and comfortable. Overall experience here was great.

The bed seemed like it was going to break it the head board was leaning forward.

The property description is unclear. It was not stated that the swimming pool is unavailable on Fridays or weekends and can only be accessed by the owners. The air conditioning unit was also leaking during our stay. We were disappointed by the host’s remarks regarding our booking. She commented that she preferred having longer-term renters rather than overnight guests like us, even though our reservation was made and fully paid through Booking.com. She also implied that we had caused unnecessary trouble or headaches, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate. Additionally, we were required to pay an extra headcount fee directly to the owner’s GCash account because one guest was not included in the original registration. While we understand that there may be penalties for unregistered guests, it is unclear whether this payment was officially remitted to the condominium management as claimed. No invoice. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

Lage war top! Key Coffee auf der anderen Straßenseite ist zum Frühstücken sehr zu empfehlen. Shopping malls und high street alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Location, clean, great amenities and had everything we needed

Location was good

Very unsatisfied with this experience. Couch was very dirty, there was a very strong smell of moth balls, no hand soap was provided. Property was advertised to have pool and amenities and it wasn’t mentioned that guests are not allowed to use any of these amenities on holidays or weekends (which is when we stayed). We were told early check in would be available at an additional charge, not only was it not available when we were able to check in at 3:00 PM key was not in mailbox where it was supposed to be.
