Ubicación perfecta, a 10 minutos de la Gran Vía y a 5 minutos de la boca del metro. Persona amable y servicial.

Tendría que estar mejor cuidado (somier roto) y con más limpieza los utensilios de la cocina (más cucharillas, más limpieza la cafetera...) Respecto a la limpieza tendría que mejorarla. La bañera del baño resbala, hay que meterse y ducharse con cuidado.
