Casa Fontana Suites

The place is wonderful, my apartment was huge with AC, hot water, coffee and drinking water. The location is difficult to access because internet seems to fail in this area since it’s between huge buildings and in the middle of a busy street. I believe the owners should put a picture of how the location looks from outside and maybe some names of buildings that are close to it. The area is safe and close to Polanco and really nice neighborhoods. Mr. Nicholas and his wife work in maintenance they are the nicest people ever, willing to help and very respectful. Around 11:30pm there was building next door or in this hotel I was not able to tell but there was drilling and hammering, it was very annoying since I was trying to sleep.

Needs a towel rack in the bathroom. Otherwise all good.

great location, clean room, responsible staff

the management can be a bit more careful. they mistakenly sent my check out info to another guest and he checked-in into my room before I arrived. the staff members helped me to exchange all the sheets but it could be a safety concern.

There was no breakfast

Staff was not aware we would be arriving, we asked three times to the same guard where we could park and he said it was not there, it was until the third time that owner called the guard so he could let us in. Also the last day at midnight when we arrived to the room, the digital lock was blocked and we had to stay at our friends house, we could only access in the morning. It is a good location and the room is comfortable, it just needs to be more organized.
