It was very difficult to get in. No service at location. It took > an hour before somebody showed up!

My toilet all of a suddenly stopped flushing.

Smell

Location is very good. A couple blocks from the main square. AC work well, although we had to share batteries from the remote with TV remote

Terrible smell of rotten eggs met us in the room. It was coming from bathroom and spreaded to entire place. Pillow cases were made of the same material as the bed cover and they seemed never been changed or washed. Only one small garbage bin in the toilet. Very very weak wifi. Sometimes it just stopped working The host lady kindly told us to ask anything we want via booking messages, but she either never replied or replied in a half day

Place was clean, location is good…

Kind of ragged around the edges, not as good as we had hoped it was….

The location is very good in the Centro Historico, everything within a 5-10 minutes walk.

Water was constantly dripping from the air conditioner 0-24, we had to put a garbage can under it, which was filled with water 2-3 times. Very annoying and loud, hard to sleep because the water dripping sound. The toilet didn't flush properly, you had to flush it again for few minutes to get the stuff down. Don't have reception, no bottle water, no safe in the room, the facilities are poor. Only 2 big towels and that's it. This hotel is more for backpackers I think, who need only to sleep for 1 or 2 nights and that's it.

1 room no woter in the closet we colect woter in the trash basket to flush the toilet. Next day came the guy without eny tool just to realise that the walwe is closed and you need something to open it theere where also breadcrumbs on the floor and in the tabe We change the room and the second one was preatty nice till the night came then they were cockroaches ewerywere and also the mice wisit us from the whole in zhe wall several times
