Hotel Edzna

the hotel is located in the heart of the old city close to the main Plaza. I will divide my review to two because I got 2 different rooms. I booked a king room with a balcony for 2 nights but I got another room (number 3) for the first night.that had no balcony but a window facing a small inner court. it was nice but even though there was natural light coming into the room I preferred the room I booked - a big room with a balcony . for the second night I got this type of room (number 1). . this room was huge and had a balcony so I liked it much more

the code I got didn't open the door. this should not happen!!. of course there iwas no one in the hotel because i cam few minutes after 17.00 and they usually leave at 17.00. ( ithink you can find someone there starting from 13.00) luckily when I came I saw another hotel called edzna. on called 10 so I went there. the guy in the reception was very friendly. and helpful. he contacted the person from the hotel and he opened the main door for me by remote. stuff of the hotel don't reply to messages or do it very late. in many places in the rooms the color is coming out leaving ugly stains. internet was weak and not reliable

Que el check-in no se puede hacer hasta las 15:00, aunque si llegas antes, te guardan las maletas.

The bathroom, especially the sink and the shower, should be considered for renovation.

Se quedaba trabado el flotador del inodoro y había que volverlo a colocar bien manualmente cada vez que se usaba el baño. Uno de los apagadores del cuarto parpadeaba, lo cual era muy notorio y molesto durante la noche.
