Locatie este excelent expusa la natura, in acelasi timp ofera acces rapid spre cartierul Copou, plin deanimatie.

Locatia nu are o adresa precisa, gen str. numarul. Aplicatiile de navigatie se incurca di aceasta pricina.

Am primit alta camera, fara balcon, la parter, fara priveliste - fata de opusul camerei initiale si nu am fost instiintat in prealabil
