Clean room Friendly staff

Better sound isolation . Check the windows because you can hear everything from outside. Maybe they need some adjustments. In the pictures they put some complimentary coffee that looked OK as an espresso but @ the location we had a very bad 3 in 1 coffee. Be fair and let people know what to really expect.

A spacious room within walking distance of the city centre and Dumbrava Sibiului Natural Park. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bus stop for line 11 (airport line) is not far from Style Residence. The hotel is located in a student neighbourhood with cafes and restaurants close to the University of Sibiu.

The disturbances in the early morning for two days were not the hotel's fault. Raw travels left early and created a lot of noise, making it difficult to go back to sleep. Perhaps some 'quiet' signs are needed.

Perfect location, close to the park.

The room smelled very strongly of perfume. Not suitable for people with smell sensitivities.

The room was cute, nice bathroom and shower.

Not a nice welcome from the staff member. She called us a few times during the day asking to call her 30 minutes before our arrival in Sibiu and we did it as a favor. Once we arrived there, she was quite pissed off (maybe because we arrived 10 minute late). It should be their job to be at the reception at any time to welcome their guests. I didn't like her behaviour. The room was a bit loud and some insects in it. No trash bin except for a small one in the bathroom and no kitchen as in the pictures.
