Mosquito The way they treat for the mistake

-Hot water in the shower -Pool

-False advertising- no working aircon in the room -Ceiling fan - not working -Rooms extremely hot -They give you a rotating normal Fan to use, doesn’t do much to cool the room. -Broken toilet seat -The pool has no privacy. Right in the centre of the property, and directly opposite the event venue, where the employees are always sitting and ironing etc, whilst directly looking at guests. -No remote. You have to Open and close gate manually even at night. Unsafe. -Bedding, even sheets is not changed everyday, only after 3 days. -Towels are old and dirty. You have to complain to get proper unsustained towels.

The lady who works as receptionist she is friendly and calm

but for property Nooooo on the post it says air conditioning when we get there wasn’t, mosquitoes almost finished me ,no doom WiFi only connect when u outside Iyoo ,pool is dirty, bbq stands dirty,shower is leaking ooh my goodness I wake-up at 5 to get ready to leave the place

I liked the set up of the room

On the app it shows that there's double bed but was given two single beds, plus no air conditioner

I liked the pool it was clean

The room online showed that there'll be an air-conditioning but it was not functioning and the other room had a fan not air-conditioning.

Nothing at all, it’s just that I didn’t have a choice.

The place was dirty inside the yard and the rooms was smelling. The staff was so rude on us, when I ask her to exchange the rooms bcz it’s smelling she said “ you can just cancel your booking and go somewhere else “ tjoo😫 The shower doesn’t have a shower curtain, the water was all over the room n there’s no mat on the floor. The was no towels in the room. We were sharing 1 small blanket and it was cold n raining.
