Studios Nautilus III

Staff really friendly and helpful. The view was amazing , no words needed. You have a small private beach in front of the hotel, pebble but water was crystal clear named mini Potos. Shops really closed. Great location for Potos. We loved that staff was helpful and reply to our message and we could check in earlier.They even send us information about ferry. Maybe , as a suggestion, I will recommend to let guests know that they don’t have reception. We looked for it a while when we arrived.

Only disadvantage was the sink, the builders weren’t really smart . They installed a tap not appropriate for the sink . When you open the tap is not long enough and water it flows by and splashes on the floor. Was just a small inconvenience, nothing really important.

The place was amazing. Extremely clean and well equipped. Located in a quiet and peaceful street and at the same time close to all restaurants, bars and cute souvenir shops. Right next to the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Good location Cozy Furniture Beach in front Nice view & terrace

Cozy place, good location, well furnished studios. But poor communication with the managing stuff. They have option to change the room type, and that was our problem and unpleasant surprise. We booked 5 nights, they offer to give us the room type we choose at the 3 day and with a little kid I didn’t want to move again our luggage. Anyway Potos is a great place and we had good time 😀

The location is absolutely perfect, and the studio is impeccably clean. Everything we needed was right nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend booking with them.

Location on the sea shore, sea view from balcony, central to Potos, nice room and fine equiped so we could make cofffee and have breakfast

There were musquitos and the protection against them had some holes in it, so we couldn't get rid of them...

The room was clean enough and quiet. The property is on a small, but nice beach. Very close to shops and restaurants.

Never thought I'd have to write this, but the bathroom door is completely transparent. It's alright when there are only two people staying in the room, but this is a Family Studio for four persons and the couch is right in front of the bathroom. I wonder how that works. The WiFi works only on the balcony. The manager was very rude and threatened with legal action (I'm laughing as I'm writing this) through messages written in caps when I kindly reminded them that I will write a sincere review on Booking - this happened when we tried to book the room for two more days over our initial stay, but after letting them know this, they immediately changed on Booking the profile of our room from two to four people, so the price was suddenly double. Sure, they can charge whatever they want, it's legal, but unethical, so I reacted accordingly. However, it's a long way from an unfortunate dialogue to bringing lawyers into discussion.

Very clean, great location(quite,but close to all the shops and restaurants), private beach,great smiley staff.
