Modern and Cozy Studio near Airport Terminal 3

— Very clean (no dust at all) and once you enter, the room had a fresh clean scent that was not overpowering — Waling distance to Terminal 3 of NAIA airport — Very helpful and pleasant staff and host — Affordable with so many pluses in facility and staff — What is a bonus to this place is having a washer - which we ended up using! For the dryer, we walked outside of the building to get it done by a laundry shop staff.

The property is near the airport. If you do not have a lot of luggage, you can walk from NAIA Terminal 3 to the flat. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops around the flat. Overall, the stay was comfortable. The owners were also kind enough to let me leave some luggage as I was in between travels.

It's close to the Terminal 3 - 15min walking distance, which is very convinient if there is a flight in the middle of the night.

It's not very easy to find the path from the Terminal 3, being for the first time at the airport. Additional instructions/map would be useful

Perfect for our needs for a one night stay. Short walk (by a busy road) from the airport. Great comms with the owner - from booking to check out. Good price. Nice building with friendly security and reception staff. We were walked up to the apartment by a friendly chap. Spotless apartment with everything we needed. Lawson downstairs for convenience stuff. Easy to walk back to the airport and also easy to get the inter-terminal bus transfer.

As others have said the shower could have been hotter, but otherwise all fine - not a deal breaker in any way.

The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to Terminal 3. There are many restaurants, a street food market, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed by a friendly host.

Unfortunately, the apartment did not fully meet our expectations. While the beds were comfortable, the bedding didn’t feel completely clean. The biggest issue was the air conditioning—it was so loud that it felt like an Airbus A380 was taking off in the room, making it impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. Additionally, the kitchen light above the stove could not be turned off, keeping the room bright all night. Due to the room temperature and the inability to use the AC, sleeping was nearly impossible.
