Fabulous location, excellent facilities, spacious, clean and very friendly staff. We would stay here again if visiting Paihia. Right on the beach front, quick walk to cafes restaurants and the local Pizza place kindly delivered to us.

"Conveniently located and had everything you could want for a relaxing stay."

Viv was so welcoming after a long day of travel, and she was so accomodating when we extended our stay. The place was located centrally to activities, bars and restaurants. The place was clean and tidy and had a well equipped kitchen. The kids loved the hot tubs, and spa bath!

The room was a good size, comfortable with a full kitchen - very handy. Close to the centre of town. Viv, the manager, is very welcoming, was accessible and ready to help when needed.
