Pioneer Waterfront Apartments

Sehr gute Lage mit teilweise direktem Blick auf das Meer. Wir hatten ein großes Appartement mit großer Küche und zwei Schlafzimmern. Eigener großer Balkon. Kleiner Swimmingpool und zusätzlich zwei Hot Tubs.

Alles war ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Good location in Piahia and close to the warf for trips out. Has a pool and free parking. Manager very nice.

Apartment is tired and kitchen needs a refresh. Didn't like no bottle of washing up liquid or hand soap in the kitchen. Didn't like no throw cushions on the sofas. Pool isn't very big and area seems unkept but serves a purpose. Didn't like couldn't open window in twin room.

No option for privacy curtain, only regular curtain on bedroom and lounge.

The location was perfect being on the waterfront only a short walk from the pier and ferry across to Russell and the shopping centre with some good restaurants.

Nothing.maybe the toilet a little narrow for more ample build of guests but the layout of the appartments and view made up for this small problem.

We had a brilliant stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Spacious appartment with Balcony and oceanview located near town center as well as Paihia Wharf and ferry dock.

The air circulation is not to good in the appartment since in some rooms the window cant fully be opened. This led to quite dry air and stale smell. The shower head, which is fixed at a height of approximately 1.60 metres, only allows hobbits to wash their hair without performing acrobatics. Taller people have to get creative.
