Comfort Hotel

Beds were comfortable location. Was excellent facilities where ok

The attitude from the staff very rude the fact they tried to exit us early from our stay the fact they only housekeeping in 10 Days stay they clean room only once the wifi signal was non existent the housekeeping need more training

The guy on reception was very friendly, smiling , helped with everything, has perfect English. It was clean, new branded everything inside the room.

I have room without windows in basement. 1) In order to close the door - you should take off the card from electric lot (key is connected with it) - the light is turning off - and you have a 2 quests: insert key into the lock without light (remember - room is without windows) - and after return the card back to the electric lot. 2) the are was kettle on the table - but the is no electric socket near the table ;) 3) you are living in the basement - the floor is cold - but no slippers was provided. 4) the main point - is internet - it was working only if you stand just near the door without sleepers ;)

Brand new small hotel. Nice and clean rooms, very comfortable bed. And a very kind and helpful owner, always willing to help. The main walking street is a few steps away, the lake is about 10 minutes walk.

Some confusion over booked room. Solved adequately. Only french balcony but with open door it is ok.

A friendly welcome and a well located hotel in the centre of town and close to the beach.

The room was very small and moving around was difficult. The lack of plug sockets was very frustrating - only one of the bedside tables had a socket and that was used for the air-con unit. The kettle couldn't be plugged in as there was no available socket where it was located. The whole hotel is situated very close to other buildings meaning that the view is of other peoples washing and the noise from adjacent properties can be intrusive. No one was available to check us out of the hotel meaning that I had to arrange a bank transfer (at my cost) to settle up later.
