The distribution of the area at the interior of the mini apartment, also the internet was excellent and the personnel very kind and friendly. Also the breakfast which was included.

There are no windows for an external view of the street or to the city, and the room was a little bit cold. The tv was small, but it works fine.

Very comfortable little suite. I’m very grateful they were pet friendly. Also the location was very convenient, close to everything and easy access. It was situated in a safe area and the breakfast, the days we had it, was delicious.

First, the reservation never made it into their system and luckily they had an extra room. We were told to pay the next morning as it was late when we arrived. The next day, I went to pay but my cards were not working and my friend and I were leaving for the weekend and I asked for a number to contact them when I called my bank. Upon our return when we went to pay with the rate of the app, the lady at the reception charged us 200 pesos more per night. We were in an argument with her, she said it was the rate of the day, but I already booked it through the app with a lower rate. She didn’t want to leave it to us with the price I had, so she called the owner and she didn’t mentioned to her that they left us without paying for 3 days, she just mentioned that we didn’t pay for the first few days and she couldn’t rent it. It wasn’t our fault if their system didn’t receive our reservation and they told us it was okay to pay another day. Also it did say breakfast included, but we only had it for 2 mornings out of 5. They didn’t mentioned how it worked to us, we had to go ask them. Also there isn’t any elevator and we were on the third floor with heavy luggage. We did not stay all 10 nights and only paid for the nights we stayed. The gentlemen at reception was an angel, but the older lady was very condescending towards us.

How new and cozy it was, spaces where well thought and the bed was really nice. Breakfast was good, and it can definitely improve in the selection but for price-value it was a good option.

Looks like it had unfinished details in the washroom, and water was running super cold even when choosing the hot water option.

Great location near lots of restaurants and bars. Apartment style room was nice, comfortable bed and reasonable breakfast.

9 am start for breakfast is very late and we left before this on our last day.

Bed is comfortable, bathroom with very hot water and good pressure. Breakfast a la carte is tasty and served in the room. Staff was very nice, helpful and polite. Kitchen in the room has everything for cooking. Soap and shampoo in the bathroom have amazing smell. Rooftop terrace is beautiful.

We agreed on changing our room due some problems in the bathroom and the fridge not working. Staff was very nice and fast with the Change. To be honest, the whole building needs much more attention to the maintenance and much more care. It's a nice place, made with style and good design, but definitely poorly cared. Many things are in so so conditions and the price per night requires a better maintenance. One thing was for me unacceptable: I was asked 200 pesos to keep the luggage from 12.00 till 21.00. I had no other option so I accepted. Once again, the staff was very kind and polite in providing this unjustifiably expensive service.
