La habitación Laguna es una hermosura, definitivamente lo mejor de la estadía .

El servicio de desayuno no es bueno para el valor que se paga . Beber y comer es excesivamente caro, sin necesidad . Bebimos en la tarde 8 latas de cerveza y pagamos 1050 mexicanos (55usd) por 40usd cenamos en Bacalar . Ahora en Tulum cenamos en un lugar muy muy lindo en La Veleta por el mismo precio .

Le lieu, la vue, l'accès direct à la lagune.

Pas d'eau fraîche, au restaurant il faut retourner voir le serveur pour avoir des glaçons, dans la chambre une bouteille d'eau disponible mais pas dans le frigo.

Maravilloso lugar para relajarse, descansar, desconectarse y disfrutar.

Todo agradable

Le logement nécessite un rafraîchissement. Manque de soin et de propreté.

The view from the room is amazing. The private jacuzzi is great especially at night. The breakfast was very good I really recommend!

Everything it’s wonderful

This property looks good on the pictures but its a bit old and very secluded (very!). Thats a probably the reason why it’s cheaper than other options. The problem, for us, was that my wife was attacked by bed bugs… yekkhy… we stayes at the apartment direct at the lake. Please avoid that one. Another challenge was the restaurant. We ate there two nights, and it was chaos every evening. We had to wait for 2 hours to get our taco’s. There were issues with every table. It was interesting to watch, but not fun. Next time I would spend a bit extra and find a property closer to Bacalar. These also have stunning views etc, but are likely better organized

Everybody was friendly and helpful! It felt like family! Gerardo and his family were great hosts! The view!

They need to improve maintenance, there are a lot of things that need to be repaired, changed, fixed, replaced, this place has so much potential! Don’t let it decay! They are understaffed, need more people to take better care of needs and services. Food was definitely overpriced, but it was good. And they never had french fries.

Amazing location overlooking the lagoon, this villa is one of two on the property with direct views. The panoramic window looked out onto the sunrise and opened to let the breeze through. The aircon also worked really well & kept the room cold. The ‘secret’ second bed was great for our child, and rolled under our king size bed during the day meaning there was plenty of space in the room. The bathroom was well appointed. Food was good - we had breakfast and either lunch or dinner at the property each night, there was enough choice for over the 4 nights we were there. The staff were always friendly and communication was good prior to check in. We had read some early negative reviews but didn’t experience any of this - it’s clear the owners have worked hard to address previous comments.

Nothing we didn’t like, but worth noting the bathroom is open air to the bedroom with a privacy screen, not unusual for Mexico. Also, it’s outside Bacalar and down a track road, not a problem if you are in a hire car.
