Everything was amazing. It was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

I checked in with a service dog, which the staff member was giving dirty looks as if he was disease ridden. My main reason for my rating is the extremely disappointing hot tub. I got there assuming the jets were off because there were no bubbles. I went to the office to ask them to turn on the Jets and she said that the Jets were on, but there’s no bubbles. I was shocked because it’s a large tub. As for the room, that was another disappointment. The bedroom door was broken, so it took quite a bit of muscle to close. There was no TV in the bedroom, and no AC in the living room. The bedroom AC wasn’t doing the job for both rooms, and we didn’t even go in the heart of summer, so I can only imagine how much hotter people feel during summer months. Disappointing stay for the money.
