Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Superhog, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID, as well as pay the non-refundable USD 38 through Superhog. Also, send us the refundable damage deposit via Cash App or Zelle. We kindly ask that you inform us if you are bringing pets or plan to check out after 10:00, so that we can make the appropriate arrangements. If you do not inform us about you bringing a pet before your reservation and/or bringing pets other than dogs, and we find evidence of a pet, you will be charge $125 dollars instead of $50. Note: The building only permits pets weighing no more than 25 pounds. (Only dogs are allowed) If you check out after the scheduled check out time and don't request a late check out in advance, you will charged USD 80 instead of USD 40. All guest must leave by 10:00 unless a late check-out is verified and agreed upon with the host and has been paid for. If the guest or any of their party is still at the property after the scheduled check out time of 10:00, additional fees may apply. The first hour will cost them USD 200 and each hour after 10:00 will cost them an additional USD 100. Unless the guest requests and pays for a late check-out 24 hours in advance which will cost USD 40 and then the new check out time is 12:30. If you stay beyond that, an additional fee is USD 200 will apply for the first hour and USD 100 for each hour after that, beginning at 13:30. House Rules: - No parties or events allowed. - No smoking allowed. - Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. - No unregistered guests allowed. - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. - Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. - Please take care of the furnishings. - You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. - Please do your dishes. - Please take the trash out before you leave. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
