Close enough to walk where you needed to go and outside sitting area was a bonus.

The room is very nice and newly refinished and furnished in an old building. It is very clean and quiet. The shower is excellent with very good pressure and hot water. The small kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave is nice to have. The bed is very comfortable and there are electrical outlets beside the bed. Air conditioning and wifi work well. The location is great with many restaurants a couple of blocks away and a short walk to the central park. It's a guesthouse rather than hotel, meaning there is no reception etc, if that matters to anyone. The owner is very helpful and easy to reach by WhatsApp.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The host offered the few recommendation on this town and a bottle of homemade wine that was really amazing too. Very communicative, easy check in. We had the best time thanks to this stay. I would come back.

Good value for money. Even though we met only a housekeeper, we are able to communicate with the owner through WhatsApp and they give all information about your query and recommendation about Borjomi and good restaurants. The place is quiet and good for sleeping. The inside parking lot and kitchen utensils are a plus. There is also a small supermarket nearby within walking distance. However, we drive our car to the SPAR supermarket and a farmer market for shopping. It's only 2-3 minutes from the apartment.
