A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Guests are not allowed to check-in after 23:00. Please note that the SWIMMING POOL is open from 09:30 until 13:30, from 15:30 until 19:30. Electricity is charged extra and will be calculated at check-out based on consumption. The Standard apartments are located on the external side of one of the two buildings of Residence Mare Azzurro. They offer the same comfort and services as the other units, while representing a convenient and budget-friendly option within the residence. City tax may apply from 2026: approx. €1 per person/night (final decision pending).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
