"Overall, not very good value for what we paid."

Location next to the beach and close to town, and the view

Difficulty contacting the owner, having to pay cash on arrival, poor facilities, loud street level apartment, weak water pressure, having to pay additional amounts for air conditioning.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent - just a few minutes walk to the church square. The view is fabulous. Mauritzio was a great host; very helpful and quick to respond.

The kitchen facilities are basic. The apartment is probably better for summer when you spend more time outside, than the cold week in December when we stayed, but we were warm enough.
