Camera stupenda vicinissima al centro

Location is great. Close to city center. Room was very clean. Good communication with the host.

Kind of pricy for what the room had to offer. A mirror in the room would have been good.

Communication with the host evolved to be unpolite and rude, just because I did not declare we also have a baby of 1year and 10 months in the reservationfrom the start. Please consider I booked and paid for a triple room, for 2 adults and 2 children (one of 7, the other one 1year10months). I had no idea this would be an issue, as I am used to declare all guests at the reception. Nonetheless, for a child under 2 there is no need for extra bed and the property does not have breakfast. The host called 9:30PM and questioned number of guests, after monitoring us on the video camera from the room entrance. He was not able to communicate in a constructive manner, to send a form to declare the baby or formulate a polite request. He was aggresive and meseed up our evening and stay in Craiova.

Близостта на хотела до централната градска част е голям плюс.Чистотата беше на ниво .

Нямаше достатъчно топла вода в банята,рано сутринта имаше гореща,но когато ти трябва не беше достатъчно топла.Радиаторите ,по някога ставаха много топли ,понякога изобщо не стопляха,но като цяло беше топло в стаята.Доста шумно място ,зарази близостта с главната улица.Едва доловимо но чуваше и баса на близък клуб .Стаите не са звукоизолирани ,всичко се чува от съседни стаи като тракане ,почукване и говор.
