The stuff was very friendly, very helpful. The flat was clean, and the swimming pool also clean.

The gym is outdated and breakfast pretty limited but it still did the job for the price we've paid. Location a bit far from the main center. Construction everywhere in Da Nang so a bit noisy in the morning but this happened everywhere we stayed in Da Nang this year.

Bất ngờ về phòng ốc của Khách sạn rất mới, tiện nghi, sạch sẽ. Cách bài trí kiểu ấm cúng, trẻ trung phù hợp với gia đình có 2 bé nhỏ như nhà mình. Có hồ bơi trên tầng 7 nhỏ xinh nhưng sạch sẽ. Bữa sáng cũng không nhiều quá nhiều món nhưng mình thấy vậy là ổn.

Future Owner of "Sammy’s" Wants to Steal This Whole Staff! I actually had to wait a couple of days to write this review because leaving after my 8-day stay was so emotional. Dolphin Hotel and Apartment is beautiful, modern, and very tastefully decorated. However, the most outstanding part of this hotel is the staff. From reception and housekeeping to the kitchen workers, everyone is incredibly wonderful. The service was so exceptional that I truly did not want to leave. I wish I could just stay and live there permanently! In fact, I wish I could start my own hotel and apartment, call it 'Sammy’s,' and employ every single one of those people. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We stayed in the bedroom apt which is amazing value for money and perfect for our family of 4. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great.

Nothing

On the northern end of My Khe beach so tucked away on the fringe of all the action on a quiet street. We were close enough to wander to many things, but far enough away to relax. Currently in a block on its own, so the rooftop pool felt quiet with no one really "over looking" us. Only limited rooms, so quiet and we usually had the pool to ourselves. Stayed 13 nights for a slow R&R holiday and it was just what we needed. Loved that we had a mini apartment. Room to spread out and a dining table to eat in if we wanted (ordered a lot of delicious food on grab) Breakfast was simple and had small variations each day. Plenty to have and the staff knew our order. Susu Coffee just a block away served us amazing coffee that I would send my husband to get each day before heading down to breakfast. Bring travel mugs, they worked really well.

You can't stay in Da Nang at the moment without construction going on around you. We were warned about this and didn't find it a problem at all. I think every hotel would have this issue.
