Duke Casa Apartment

I spend really good days here ! The photos were very acurate. You have everything by 10mn walk and the hotel is nearby the beach. Cleanliness is a 10, cleaning staff can come everyday if you want. And this was the best bed I had in Vietnam so far, very comfy with a lot of pillows. The view from the pool is exceptional and there is always someone at the reception if you need.

The water from the shower drains off really slowly, there will be water all around the bathroom if you don't pay attention, it needs to be redone. And you will have 5mn of hot water maximum per day, but it seems like a south-east Asia problem. The reception staff has a really poor english, I couldn't be able to be told the basic hotel informations. Maybe add a second knife in the kitchen ?

The highlight for me was the bed, especially the bedding/pillows which were sooo comfortable. The bathroom & overall room felt new, clean. The surrounding area was also peaceful.

It’s a relatively smaller establishment so there wasn’t a security guard, but that was fine as the surrounding area was safe. There was also a faint smell throughout the rooms reminiscent of wood, could be attributed to the new facilities.
