it’s right at the night market near the beautiful dragon bridge! very convenient location to everywhere else in DaNang! The host is super friendly and responsive and provides rental for motorbikes at the doorstep too! the body wash and shampoo provided smells nice and aren’t drying to the hair and skin. even the toilet paper provided has better quality to those we use back home in Singapore! the washing machine and hair dryer and water heater and aircon and lights and toilet exhaust and wifi and TV works perfect!

for the super affordable pricing, I am paying for what I get. but if I were to critique a little, I would say that the dust worms needs to be cleared from the walls and the ceilings from inside and outside of the room! thankfully we are familiar with these little creatures and we know they are harmless thus we chose to ignore them. there are some visible black mould behind the paint in the kitchen and also at the headboard which are peeling off so that needs to be sorted out too as it can be a health hazard in the long run. the property doesn’t provide laundry and dish washing detergents so you will have to pack or buy your own. the kitchen also lacked some basic fork and spoons and bowls… it will be good to have a microwave too. the pillows and mattress are very thin but surprisingly my husband and I slept very well!

Great Location nearby the Dragon bridge which is worth for money. Have all items prepared. Nice owner living at the property. Please note that the property accepts CASH only.

Not the property itself but the night market is very close, so the loud noise and music went on so late.

Bed was big, firm and comfortable. Location was good with coffee, food, markets, atms, and the dragon bridge nearby. Water pressure was good. Carol and the neighbours in the street were friendly. Minimal traffic on street. Owner let me borrow raincoat and umbrella. WiFi worked well.

Nothing major. Cigarette smoke can waft in from smokers in the stairwell. I found the desk was a bit narrow and tall for working on.

Location is very close to night market and very cheap goods and food especially seafood.
