Bâtisse ancienne superbe. Équipement de l’appartement correct.

Piscine fermée Aire de jeux pour enfant comme à l’abandon. 1 petit rouleau de papier toilette!!! Le lit à faire. Le prix élevé/prestations qui ne sont pas à la hauteur

"Déçue..."

Le personnel d'accueil est très serviable. Le personnel de réparation est très réactif et efficace.

Les horaires d'arrivée et de départ sont restreints (arrivée après 16h et départ avant 10h). Le site vend le "château de keraveon". On pense choisir une chambre du "château" mais on dort dans des dépendances... Il faut aller chercher les draps et les serviettes de bain à l'accueil puis les ramener le jour du départ. Étant dans une dépendance, il faut marcher plusieurs centaines de mètres avec un paquet lourd de plusieurs kilos. Les équipements sont au minimum. Il n'y a aucun produit d'entretien alors qu'on nous demande de nettoyer le logement en partant. Nous avons dû acheter éponge et produit d'entretien. Il faisait chaud et il n'y avait ni climatisation ni aucun ventilateur. Nous avons dû ouvrir les fenêtres et donc faire entrer moustiques et autres insectes... Les horaires et jours d'ouverture de l'accueil sont minimes. J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails et appels pour avoir des informations supplémentaires sur mon séjour, et je n'ai eu aucune réponse. La piscine du domaine était "fermée" car "gros problème technique" depuis.... décembre.... Grosse grosse déception...car il faisait beau, chaud et que depuis décembre, il y avait largement le temps de réparer ...

Appartement très propre, aucun vis à vis, une belle vue, à proximité d'un parc, à 3 min du centre ville, personnel très accueillant, on a beaucoup aimé :)

Le lieu est magnifique

Le wifi gratuit et ouvert est pas très bien. Il vallait mieux passer par un wifi sécurisé par clef de chiffrement par WPA
