Great location and helpful communication on arrival

The location is the best - right in the center, easy walk to harbour and shops and buses. comfortable beds and a good air conditioner (it was quite hot and humid in August). Has fridge, microwave, toaster and electric water kettle. We did not use the stove.

Everything. Mis sold the property. Nothing working. No hot water. They did not return the money. They take cash also she took person's tax in cash too. 3 of us for two days on top of the 363 we paid for she took 12 euros in cash. Then she took another 70 euros for a sofa bed, even though we paid for 3 people. Then she took another 150 euros in cash as security deposit. When we were checking out she did not come back to return our money, as we were in a hurry to leave to the airport. We left now, booking.com to answer. Appalling. Thieves....

C'est juste qu'il y avait des cafards dabs l'immeuble.. sinon c'était vraiment très bien.

You couldn’t ask for a better location and better hosts. Everyone must book this apartment, everything is walkable and Jorge was the best driver ever, Andre and Teresa were professional, kind and patiently answered all my questions. I should note that we came to Madeira with just our carry- ons due yo the Tap Portugal baggage claim strike and STILL this was our favourite part of our trip! Can I rate it an 11/10? Thank you for a wonderful stay!

One of my grown kids did have to use a mattress that rolled out of the bottom of a sofa bed with a duvet that had a few stains.
