Everything was excellent!

Very good location with excellent view on Gavrion and the sea. Very good for relaxation. Becuase it was up the hill and the rooms had stairs, it is more suited for younger ages than us as a group of people over 70. The owner of the place was very helpfull in arrangin an extra room without stairs.

The hosts were very very friendly and kind. It is a family business and I felt very welcome. The location is perfect, It has a stunning view and everything is walking distance. Room was well kept and had everything I needed. I highly recommend to any visitors.

We had a wonderful time at Cavo Lacia. Our maisonette was beautiful, it even had air conditioning, and a beautiful view on the sea. The property is near two beautiful beaches, a supermarket, a bakery and a pizza restaurant, and it is also close to Gavrio. I would defeinitely reccomend it. Thank you Alexandros!

Absolutely the most welcoming and hospitable family I’ve ever met in Greece. They checked on me daily, made sure the room was cleaned throughout my stay and provided information about where to go and what to see. The location is perfect. About a 12 minute walk from the port and plenty of parking for your rental. I would ABSOLUTELY stay in this lovely place again.

All was beyond expectation.

The location of the property was very good and the view was breathtaking.The staff was happy to help us with any information we wanted for the island,where to eat etc. The room was clean and there was a great terrace on the first floor.

The property was supposed to accommodate 4 adults and it was said that it had to double beds,although that wasn't the case. Both beds where very small and the mattresses weren't comfortable at all. The property had air-condition on the ground floor and that's why the first floor, where the one of the two double beds was, always was very hot and the fan they had could barely make it slightly better. The room of the shower was very small so the bathroom always got messy after we showered.

We (couple with 7-year old daughter) spend a wonderful week at Cavo Lacia. The appartment is not very big, but there is all you need! We had two terraces where we had breakfast, meals or sundowners with a fantastic view over the sea. The Owner Alex and his Family are very concerned if anything is good, they will give you best tips for example where to have dinner in Gavrion. You have two fine beaches for choice (one organized, the other not), supermarkets and bakery in easy footwalk distance. Also the port of Gavrio is reachable easy on foot, most of the way on a nice sidewalk at the sea. We didn't need a car, we made wonderful trips to Andros-Chora and Batsi by local bus, which stops at the street at Kalvia Beach (5min. to go!) just by waving (look at the KTEL Andros Homepage for timetable) As we did not came by car, Alex picked us up in the ferry-harbour and his mother brought us back, which is a super extra service, thanks a lot!
