"Locatia este excelenta si aparatamentul a fost amenajat frumos. Din pacate intretinerea lui....."

Locatia unde se afla apartamentul

Se vede ca nu este intretinut de o persoana fizica, ci de o firma. Curatenia era simbolica, draperia cazuta de pe sine, geamurile nespalate, niste perne minuscule, cuvertura + perna de pe canapea foarte murdare, prima farfurie din dulap era nespalata, am lasat-o asa cum am gasit-o. TV este setat pe limba poloneza fara posibilitatea de a seta pe engleza, pe youtube erau lasate conturile celor care au stat acolo, prosoapele aveau un miros greu dupa ce se udau, zidurile patate si stricate. Se vede ca s-a investit in apartament, dar, intretinerea este zero, ce s-a stricat, asa s-a lasat.

"Mieszkanie nadaje się do odświeżenia i napraw."

Łatwość dostępu do budynku. Czysta i sensowna instrukcja ze strony obsługi bez zastrzeżeń. Duża łazienka to chyba jedyny atut tego mieszkania.

Ogólny stan. Mieszkanie jest już dość mocno zużyte i wymaga odświeżenia oraz kilku napraw. Zaczynajac od drzwi wejściowych- luźna klamka oraz brudne ściany kończąc na uszkodzeniach kafelek w łazience, śladach po papierosie na wannie oraz dziurach w ścianie (po wieszaku, szafce wiszącej). W części sypialnej łóżko z którego schodzi farba, szafa która jest wątpliwa w użytku. Wkręty w ścianie po nieistniejącym już obrazie… Całość nie sprawia wrażenia czystego i przyjemnego. Sofa ora szafka pod telewizorem w niebieskiej części dziennej również są zużyte, uszkodzone. Kuchnia wyposażona do minimum łazienka również ale mój pobyt to tylko jedna doba. W cenie 250zl można znaleźć apartament przede wszystkim świeży lub lepiej utrzymany.
