Some of the rooms has really brilliant view and landscape. The accommodation is very clean, in general the whole resort shows that cleanliness is a high priority. The staff - Ronaldo - was really helpful solving the inconvenient issue we had.

The communication on Booking.com is insufficient, there are only automated messages sent and the client cannot get answer, because the staff has no access to the messages. I had this issue, we were interested in bike rental. At our arrival turned out, that we are not eligible for a few services including bike rental for example. The big problem is that the hotel is serving services in packages but these packages are not advertised on Booking.com, therefore no chance to get familiar with it. It is probably possible to pay individually, if there is availability depending on the number of clients: e.g. breakfast (20eur), dinner (25eur), bike rental (10eur/h!). It is very odd, that such kind of pricing makes the client reject the service.

- Great location, 10 min drive into St Tropez - the room was clean - free wifi (didn’t use so not sure of connectivity) - free parking I think it’s an ok place to stay for a weekend stay when you are only intending to sleep & shower in the accom but otherwise I would avoid

- the check in time is 5pm & the check out time is 10am so for the quality of the room it’s poor value for money for the amount of time you have the room - there was an extremely disgusting sewage smell in the room that left our clothes smelling & reception was unhelpful with resolving - poor drainage so everytime we showered the bathroom flooded & the toilet backed up when flushed - the bunk beds are for children so little point asking the make up of the parties if you are still going to place in room with beds that are specifically marked for infants
